  • Shipping & Delivery

    Track number be notified as the shipment is on its way. Update within 5-7 days after the seller sent the package.

Sometimes a matter of amicable agreement at first. Most sellers are willing to return your money back in 15 days unless a due reason for a further delay.

    • You can cancel your order before the items is shipped usually within approximately 7 business days.   Please email us at my1store@dearjookwak.com.
    • If tracked, then You can’t cancel the Order.
    • We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. our Policy may change with due prior notification.  We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Bank cards maybe slower than electronic wallet processing the funds, i.e. PayPal or Stripe.
    • Your order could be Cancelled and fully or partially refunded when there is omission of necessary info such as PCC Code for the Customs (i.e. South Korea) during placing an order.

***REFUND POLICY REGARDING ALIEXPRESS MARKETPLACE PRODUCTS***

  • We have a 30-day return policy.
    • You have 30-days after receiving your items to request a return.
  • If consumer raises to returning goods for any reason then a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee based on the express company of your choice.
    • We recommend a company that provides a reliable tracking service.
  • Unless due to other reasons we decide or determine applicable due to the goods received damaged or not correct the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
    • The item doesn’t match the online description. 
    • Product is damaged and/or defective: Please send us the item according to instructions accurately. Upon judging based on our business practice standard may possibly including return shipping cost that you should pay for(return label required). Please use trackable shipping service to prevent delay in processing the returns and refunds.
    • The product doesn’t fit right or they ordered a wrong size or “a mistake order”: customer is at fault; depends on refundability of “mistake order” inventory and service policy
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
  • The following Goods cannot be returned:
    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. Custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Personal care goods such as beauty products.
    • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. Any perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (Goods on Sale, i.e. discounted) or gift cards. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded.
  • This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
  • No exchange.
    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • How to Request a Refund.

      • We DEARJOOKWAK analyze the reason for the return via Return Merchandise Authorization’s approval. And upon determination via RMA’s approval of things like what might be the cause of the faulty situation, and for a replacement or a refund as wished, the return product in question could be arranged to be evaluated for a refund or a replacement.
    3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
      • Once we receive the return product, we verify by analyzing the product for the damage, defect or other reasons (as applicable), referring to its picture for a proof to meet required set rule of criteria for a refund or a replacement. Receiving the return product, and then initiating a replacement or your refund are the process that you would receive a replacement product or a refund. 
    4. Receive either a replacement or a refund or a discount/store credit.

    • We recommend an insured and trackable mail service or use the return shipping label provided to you by us. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund time: 2 – 3 weeks, usually, the refund is processed within 5-10 days.

Your order could be CANCELLED and fully refunded if it has not yet been shipped.

Refund will be made to you when shipping address and/or additional info couldn’t be verified correctly that couldn’t be processed further. 

Your order could be Cancelled and fully or partially refunded when there is omission of necessary info such as PCC Code (i.e. South Korea) during placing an order.  

Electronic wallet, i.e. PayPal or Stripe refund faster than processing the fund on bank cards.

Items will be processed at a local warehouse, instead of being sent back to the seller’s country of origin (eg.China) if possible.  Return items shouldn’t be sent back to its manufacturer directly.

Gifts


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

Most of times a gift is final as delivered to the recipient and is not refundable. However the original purchaser would be considered for any refund if applicable. Please refer to the qualifying refundable items as mentioned above. Please let us know at at this email address: my1store@dearjookwak.com.  No exchange policy. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, ask the original purchaser for you that he/she/they make(s) a separate purchase for you the new item.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
